Anusol Plus HC Ointment medicine is used for the relief of internal and external piles and anal itching in adults above 18 years of age. It contains:
• Hydrocortisone acetate which is a mild steroid and reduces inflammation.
• Zinc Oxide and Bismuth salts are mildly astringent and antiseptic and soothe and protect raw areas.
• Benzyl Benzoate has mild antiseptic properties and helps relieve the swelling, itch and irritation of the internal and external piles.
How to use Anusol Plus HC Ointment?
Only used topically that is, applied on the affected area.
• Wash the anal area and dry gently with a soft towel before applying Anusol Plus HC Ointment.
• Use the nozzle supplied with the product to apply the product directly to the affected area (anus).
The use shall not be:
• More than 3-4 times in a day
• And for not more than 7 consecutive days
